Thanks, Colin. It's the first time this has happened in 15 years of shooting Ms so I probably won't do anything dramatically different except to be a little more careful next time. The pictures were at a Washington DC private birthday party I was hired to photograph. So of course, if any get ruined it will be the nice close ups I got of Bob & Elizabeth Dole or Jim Schlesinger - you know, the ones I might like for my portfolio & the ones the client really wants for his scrapbook. The ones with the eyes closed or forks hanging out of people's mouths will be perfect, of course. :-) By the way, Dole is a nice guy, but very impatient with a photographer struggling with the crummy rangefinder on a Polaroid 600SE in a dark ballroom. It really made me appreciate the Leica's finder. Waaaay better in low light! Simon Stevens
