They come with a pressure sensitive pen and other mouse. I have enough experience with older ones and new ones and really love them. Could not work on retouching or so without the tablet and pen. Just go to http://www.wacom.com, have a look there and I believe that tablets and pens are sold on-line. If not, you can go to every hardware retailer, CompUSA or any other. J&R would be a good choice, maybe a little cheaper than others. See that the new ones come with USB, you should your computer has this possibility to plug the tablet in. The drivers for those tablets are very simple, they will not cause any conflict. At least for the Mac. So, go for the tablet, plug it in and load the drivers. A new dimension will be born for you after using this wonderful tool. Sometimes, I suffer the same hand aches for mousing to much, then I go to the pen. Even for other applications... And at last, the biggest the tablet the better is but you have to see how much room you have to place the tablet there. Bye
