I have got this bag too, and like you, I usually pack it with 2 bodies & 3 lenses. No problems with MR-meters or Rapidwinders attached.
On trips I pack my gear in the larger Domke satchel bag, and the F-5XB travels in my suitcase. On arrival, I repack into the smaller bag.
I am a 35-50 shooter, so this is really all I need. If I feel like playing with a wide angle lens too, no problem.
It all depends what we are up to. Planned photography often needs more lenses, but I like more to wander around and explore new places with a minimalist outfit. For this, the F-5XB is just perfect!
