They can't have been beaming enough stuff into your head if that's the
way you spell aluminium  ;-)

If you think I (and Microsoft spell check) spell aluminum funny, you should
hear me pronounce it! :-)
The word is much more colorful (oops, where did that "u" run off to?) when
spoken by a Canadian or Brit.
