The area inside the projected framelines show 93% of the film area (23mm x
35mm which is typically 100% of a mounted slide) WHEN the 50mm lens is at
closest focus. When the lens is focused to 2.5 metres, the 93% coverage is
just to the outside of the framelines. When the lens is focused to infinity,
the 93% coverage is to the outside of the projected framelines by about
three frameline thickness on each side.
