But I think the portraits were enhanced by having them all on one wall rather than each on an individual page. The whole being greater than the sum of the parts as it were. And yes, from a technical point of view they are excellent. I suspect that if you didn't know what the photos were - part of the Migrations project - you might not find them nearly as moving. To me any, because they so lack context, they are simply technically excellent photos of children. Best, B. D.
