Subject: [Leica] Street Mode vs View Camera Mode

I learned to shoot with 35mm cameras. I took a lot of exposures to get the
one I finally "kept". Most of those shots were variuos forms of landscapes
or still lifes. They varied in exposure, composition, and image interest.

In the last 5 years, I have been focusing on shooting with a more
contemplative approach, using the tripod, 4x5, and Hassy as the tools. My
photography has improved a lot......Focus is tack sharp, framing is
(more)accurate, and esposure is almost always right on.

Now I find myself heading for Europe to shoot people....and place/things.
No tripod ( OK, I lied, a LITTLE tripod), Lightmeter in camera, multiple
lenses, and fast on my feet....

Is this the dawn of a new-old behavior pattern for me? WIll the wind knob
of the M6 become my crutch for new technique? Bottom line, will I be able
to capture on film what I want in the unconfining atmosphere that I have
learned to shoot with?

I think I will go out and shoot a roll today just to prove I can!
