I'm not familiar with the 908 series ;-)

I am surprised you would even consider such an obviously Neanderthal camera.
No built-in meter, no automatic modes...no motor drive, no prism...lions and
tigers and bears...oh my!  And you have to pull out the dark slide and do
something with it!
