I just e-mail, asking how much they are, including my name and address, so as not to seem presumptuous. So far, they have responded by saying they are already in the mail. I have never torture-tested a rewind knob, myself. If it doesn't turn, I find out why. But I have noticed it seems a little light weight compared to the rest of the camera. Maybe it's designed to be the part that fails instead of something internal and more expensive to replace. I have also seen them replace things like the dots, PC terminal caps (which are different for M and R), the red rondelle (or whatever its called on the front of the M camera) for free at Clean & Check days.
