You're right.  My error and my Jupiter is in fact an 85mm f2.0.   While it
performs well an f2, it really was better from f4 and beyond.

Likewise, the 90mm Elmar I have seems to perform better from f8 and beyond
and from this f-stop, the performance seems equal to the Jupiter at an
equivalent f-stop.

What is 5mm between friends?
