I've seen several types, including all metal (tank, cap, baffle), metal
tank with plastic cap, and metal tank/cap with plastic baffle.  The ones
with plastic baffles underneath the cap seem to be cheaply made and the
baffle can break off.  I'd try to find all-metal (including baffle) such
as the older Nikor tanks.
