I bought a 35mm Summicron from KEH for about $800. It was made in
Canada. About what year would that have been? My guess is the
"fifties."

I will be shopping for a 90mm sooner or later. Again, I see that the
"Canada" Summicrons are about half the price of the German lenses.
Are they not as good, or is this just a "collector" phenomenon?

While I'm soliciting opinions, what are the relative merits of an old
f2 90mm Summicron and an f2.8 90mm Elmarit?
