Roland,
    Many, many years ago, E. Leitz, GMBH had a "neveready" with the bottom
slot for the original Leicavit equipped M cameras and well as an earlier
version for screw mounters.
    They are very rare. Tom Abrahamsson should be able to tell you if the
case will work with his winder.
