Cosina license, they have not bought, the right to use the Voiglander name. Though Marc and other purists might be dissappointed that the name is no longer on genuine German Voigtlander products most would concede that the Cosina products are a better association than the cheap plastic Chinese/Taiwanese(?) cameras upon which the Voigtlander name was previously appended. Jem - -----Original Message----- From: Julian Thomas [SMTP:julianthomas@terra.es] Now hold on a minite! Leica is now owned by Hermes, it is not owned by Leica. So should Leica stop being called 'leica'? Cosina bought the rights to the Voigt. name and puts out a range of rf products under that name why shouldn't it use a name it bought?
