Most camera repair services will do this for you. All good ones certainly 
will.
But you may well have to accept a different covering to the original as 
there are no more vulcanite covers for either the screw series or early M 
cameras left. There are, hoever, quite passable vinyl replacements for both 
and Leica will supply M6 type coverings for use on M cameras.
There is hope that the reintroduction of the 'O series' will once again 
provide coverings for the early screw camera but I'd be suprised if they're 
available yet through Leica.
