He assured me that they had printed the picture in good faith believing the jazz drummer to have good title to the same, and volunteered to print a correction in the next issue. I accepted this, as I am a bit nauseous at the entire affair, the drummer having been a good friend of mine. I will send a letter to the drummer advising him that any license previously granted him is hereby revoked and that he has no authority for ANY further use of the pictures of mine in his possession, and will specifically remind him that the picture on the CD was one licensed to him for "first-publication" use only, and that I will therefore expect further payment if there is a further production of the CD. And I will have a signed contract in the future, and will put a copyright symbol on all pictures provided to customers. Thanks muchly for all of your most intelligent advice, especially that from Bob Shell and Tina Manley. Marc msmall@roanoke.infi.net FAX: +540/343-7315 Cha robh bas fir gun ghras fir!
