Is this listserv moderated in some way? I've tried posting the 
following message twice, but it never shows up:

As a new Leica user I'm uncertain whether it is 
permitted to use black UV filters on chrome lenses or 
chrome filters on black lenses. Or UV filters on only 
certain length lenses and not others? (Assuming one 
has taken the risky decision of using a UV filter in the 
first place.) And what about the more complicated 
question of using a chrome green filter on a black lens, 
etc.?

Seeking enlightenment.
