I'm finding the hood, especially in vertical format, obscures too much of the frame. I've just developed a roll where I was trying to make a photograph of a Nike shop window with the 28 in vertical mode. I've got a run of 4 frames where, on my blind side, there is a guy with a chrome M and a 28 with external finder taking photos of me taking photos. And I didn't even spot him! Cheeky b.....d. I think I'm going back to the external finder.
