I would be careful on used lenses with oil on the blades. This can be
cleaned though, usually with no problems. Some old Leica lenses will
have cleaning marks. Hey, some of these lenses are 70 years old! I own
Leica lenses with cleaning marks and have used the lenses with no problem.
Just be careful of lenses with deep scratches and cloudiness.
