[Leica] Lens S/N list

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can locate either a book or website which contains
a list of Leica lenses and serial number ranges, and including the
approximate date of manufacture of these lenses?  I was able to identify
the manufacture dates of my M bodies and Leicaflex SL using Stephen Gandy's
excellent website.  Now, I'd like to find the same thing for my lenses.
