If you feel the need, go for it.  The Heliar isn't that big an outlay, so if you decide it's not doing what you expected, you can resell it and have lost very little.

That said, I think the 15 is more of a novelty lens than a genuine day-to-day user (personal opinion only, others will disagree, YMMV, yada yada).  If I was looking for a really usable superwide I'd think of a 21 before the 15.  Have you used other superwides in the past?  I owned a Nikkor 20 for two years, and took a grand total of 36 frames with it...

I have an M6 with 35, 50, 90 and 135mm lenses. Now I feel the need for a
real wide angle lens. I was thinking of the 15mm Voigtlaender Heliar. Is
the jump to big, are there alternatives, what do you suggest?
