Spiratone has a special line of Bokeh filters. They give you Bokeh not only in the background, but Bokeh all over. And at any f/stop. If you cannot find new Spiratone Bokeh filters, you can get blanks cut at any plastic store to a size that will fit your series filter rings. Make sure you use the frosted UV plastic. It best simulates the real thing. ;-) Jim At 09:10 PM 2/27/01 +1100, Peter Zak wrote: >I'm somewhat surprised that the latest thread on testing UV filters hasn't >yet touched on this fascinating angle....what is the effect of using a UV >filter on the bokeh produced by the lens..? > >Has anybody done any testing on this, is there any scientific thesis that >could be references to uncover this mystery ? > >I eagerly await my email. > >Regards, > >PZ. >
