If it's the same 21mm EBL, it will miss out on the M lenses that are the most fun. The pricing will be interesting - with the Bessa-R selling for $450-650 body in the U.S., any higher price is going to strongly suggest a used CLE. Lots of cool toys coming out of Cosina - but remember, the Ides of March is when someone gets stabbed in the back.
