Luggers,
    According to a very well placed source in Leica AG, one of the reasons
for the delay in delivering the 90mm APO-ASPH-M lens is that Raytheon in
making the lenses, reversed one element in the manufacturing. Apparently,
they did this to quite a large batch of lenses, instantly putting Leica AG a
year behind in delivery.
