If you don't mind buying 400 feet or more Kodak makes an EI-50 movie film,
5245.  Daylight balanced and very highly regarded by cinematographers.  I
tested the 16mm version a few years ago and liked it very much.  How it
compares as a still film with the EI-100 films I have no idea.  There used
to be people that would re-spool the movie films for still use.
