Okay,

My first effort with infrared was a very mixed experience.

I severely underexposed my film with the B+W 092 filter (filter factor:
5-6 stops!), but I did get one somewhat usable neg. I've scanned it in
(clumsily I'm sure) and placed the results on:

On the plus side, there were no mishaps in the film loading, my
plastic film holders apparently do not leak IR, and so on and
so forth.

But I was shooting this film at EI6, and I estimate that I'm at
least 3 stops or so underexposed. Does that mean I have to shoot
at EI1 next time?

Talk about slow!

Anyway, watch this space for infrared (and other) updates. I'll
try to organize my website soon so these one-offs are not tucked
away unindexed. I mean, even my self-portrait is not indexed.
