I quite like the egalitarian nature of email lists. Whoever shouts loudest
wins. It is a bit hard to have a dialogue with someone if the pro/commoner
disparity is known. Afterall wasn't it Steve McCurry in the digital
journalist who said something like it is better to be an amateur so that you
can shoot without other people telling you what to do?
