William,

My EBMUD water in the SF East Bay is Conductivity 52-58 umhos/cm, Total
Hardness of treated water is 10-25mg/l.  TDS is only given for untreated
water, which is 21 mg/l.  The water quality report is available on
www.ebmud.com .
Does deionization remove Chloramine?
