Douglas,

Having used both, I must say the Voigtlander 28mm finder is miles ahead
optically.  However, unless I plan to use a 28mm lens on a LTM body, I would
save the $200 or so and put it towards a M6 TTL 0.58 - I can actually see
the 28mm frame lines with this camera!
