I recommend, if you will be shooting close to people with a 35mm, use the 
wide angle reflecter. It will dispurse the light more, bouncing off the 
ceiling and walls. I also put a piece of diffusion material over the flash.
That way you can use a slow shutter speed to catch a little ambient light.
