But do not forget: in order to use the flash (well any flash) on the TTL model,
you have to have working batteries in the camera!

As for the meter sensitivity, the latest 'classic' M6's have the same
sensitivity as the TTL models. I have one of those (from 1999), and when I
bought it, I compared the technical specifications in the manual with the ones
from my 1989 M6 and the light meter in the newer one is indeed 1EV more
sensitive then in the older one.
