So,
perhaps the owner tired of the original rigid mount and then commissioned 
Leica to cretae a DR focusing mount for him/her specifically for that lens?
If so, that's something I've not heard of perviously but I suppose there 
wouldn't be much to stop them doing that...

Jem,

I think it was the reverse.

The Rigid mount is EX+ and the DR mount is Like New.
