Getting things out of focus is more of a challenge than getting them in :-) - -----Original Message----- From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us]On Behalf Of Jem Kime Sent: 04 January 2001 07:14 To: 'leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us' Subject: RE: [Leica] Lens Questions: thank you! Now, about wide angle.... Steve, I've noted several s/h prices at around the 130 (UKP) mark now, a bargain price for a great little performer. And as for that scale focusing, it sounds strange until you try it, look at the depth of focus and realise that focusing needn't be necessary every time you click that shutter. They go for around 180-200 UKP here in the UK. I use one on an M6 and work outside the 28mm frame to give an approximation of the coverage (even with the viewfinder that comes with the lens there's a certain amount of guesswork involved).
