Subject: [Leica] Epson Inkjet photo papers

Slightly OT this.

I use a N**** Coolscan III (excellent), PShop 5.0, PC,
and Epson Photo Stylus 870 with standard Epson inks.
Like to print B/W -- but the Epson Premium Glossy
Photo paper has longevity problems (10 years+ -- still
better than the competition but not up to selling to
clients), and the heavyweigh matte is a bit too dull
and not so heavy (180g m2) -- but has better longevity
(25 years). Would like a semi-gloss or alternative
matte, heavyweight, long-lasting paper up to long-term
exhibition purposes.

There are alternatives from Tetanal, Ilford which are
on sale here in France -- anyone tried them and has
results??? Or other suggestions??

This is OT I know, but though fellow LUGnuts in search
of perfection outside the red dot may help.

many thx in advance.
