Subject: Re: [Leica] Zeiss enlarger lenses

About a month ago at Helix Camera, Chicago. Blake was
there showing off Contax cameras, among other vendors.
He had a sample print made with the S-Biogon and went
on to extol it's virtues, lines/mm, etc. Said only
Leica and Contax Zeiss glass would be worthy of using
it. Otherwise, it's overkill because most other camera
brands lenses don't have the resolution necessary to
justify the expense. On the back of the sample print,
I think it said something about the S-Biogon being
used in making micro-circuits. Resolution is
phenomenal! Also, I should tell you that in
micro-circuitry I think they use UV light because the
wavelength is smaller, or something like that. The
print he had was of a building, showing the slide,
then a full sized print then a miniscule portion blown
up.
