Anyone got their Dec National Geo?

At first I thought it would be neat looking at a b&w essay in the - Richard
Olsenius on "Lake Woebegone"

But when I looked at it, it was terrible - not really the pix (which aren't
that great), but either the printing or the scanning - lines through the
images, what looks like artefacts from the printing screen etc. It's
atrocious. But is this just my copy, or is everyone like this.
