AFAIK Jim Marshall's images were (and probably still are) processed by
Kirk Anspach, owner of Graphics Resource in San Francisco, and a very
fine printer.
When I still lived in the city, Kirk did much of my b&w work. I
initially found out about him from my barber who has been cutting Jim
Marshall's hair for a long time.
