Sure.  There are slews of these ranging from the crude to sophisticated.
The British Cooke & Perkins and the Japanese Orion are generally regarded
as the best-made.  There is a new model available;  I believe Stephen Gandy
markets such.

I have a much greater oddity, an adapter to fit LTM lenses to Contax.
Can't figure this one out!  It was kindly gifted to me by one of the senior
members of the LUG.
