Sure. There are slews of these ranging from the crude to sophisticated. The British Cooke & Perkins and the Japanese Orion are generally regarded as the best-made. There is a new model available; I believe Stephen Gandy markets such. I have a much greater oddity, an adapter to fit LTM lenses to Contax. Can't figure this one out!
