It is used thru out the marine industry as a bedding compound. What you do is tape around the area to be repaired then squeeze a small amount from the tube, gently smooth it out with a razor blade (single edge). Then to make a pattern like the vulcanite take something like a toothpick and drag it thru the 3200 to make the pattern. After this is done let it set for at least 12 hours (meaning DO NOT touch) it will take up to 3 days for the 3200 to completely cure, then if you wish take a fine grade sandpaper to clean up.
