Subject: [Leica] JOBO for color work...

While I don't use a Jobo for C-41..... I do use a CPP-2 for E-6... and the
results are more consistent than my local Pro lab... I'm using the Kodak
Professional E-6 kits one-shot (35 rolls of 36). I've looked at doing
C-41... but Kodak will only sell me chemistry from their processor
replenishment tanks and I have to bring my own jugs...... Uhhhhh... no
thank you.

While you may not notice much variation with your favorite lab when using
normal slide film.... you will notice it if you use a film that is more
sensitive to processing and chemical variations like Fuji CDU II (slide
duplicating film).

As far as theTetenal pill....... well I would add that some chemistry is
definitely better than others.... and convenience usually has some cost
attached to it.... sometimes it is money.... sometimes it is quality.
