Emmanuel

First, I have never griped about using glasses with an M.  I use glass
lenses, and haven't a problem, and, yes, they are heavy!

Second, I almost always have a filter on my lens, when it is stored.  When
I pull the lens out for use, offen the filter!  Unless, of course, I am
shooting chromes or C41 in shadow, when I will use a decamired filter as
appropriate.  Otherwise, filters are for the collection drawer.
