[Leica] Factory service on CL?

I thought Leica no longer serviced the CL, but find this in an e**y
listing:

"This Leica CL body has recently been built up to new at the Leica
Camera factory service. All outer parts have been replaced into new
ones. Also, all functions have been completely overhouled and parts
changed if necessary. So, the camera is in brand-new condition with not
one sign of use at all. "

Anyone know about Leica "rebuilding" the CL?
