Having just ran 2 rolls of Delta 400 in Xtol 1:3 for 15 minutes at 70 degrees I notice Ilford it still obliging... The framelines line up perfectly for 1 1a 2 2a 3 3a 4 4a! So each frame has a number/name! What is the image circle of 18x24? A lot smaller than 24x36 which would make for sharper optics I'd thunk! Much less covering power are required of these cute little gems. But they were made in the Mid 60's. And on the light table with a lupe they don't' seem to match up at all to the Leica neg strips lying right along side of them. I thought they'd come closer with thier smaller image circle. But I'm still looking forward to contacting them and printing them. But instead of printing them my standard 11x14 fiber size.... I'm going to just knock out a bunch of 8x10 RC Multigrade cooltones. Perhaps they'll print sharper than the negs look. And perhaps I soon run a roll of Delta 100 though it as it is so easy to shoot at 400! At 5.6 with my 38mm lens I'm already getting a lot of DOF! mark rabiner
