LOL!! Wonderful! Of course, there's the little matter of only capturing light (as opposed to sound, touch, smell, and taste of reality), the fact that it's a miniscule slice of reality from a temporal point of view, the loss of information necessary in translation from three dimensions to two dimensions, and not not too subtle aspect of the photographer choosing in which direction to point the camera and when to release the shutter. Not too much reality left, of you ask me. There is no such thing as accurate recording of reality: recording necessarily involves selection and points of view. Besides which, the whole notion of accuracy of reality can be challenged. Accuracy requires a standard, so the question becomes which standard do we choose?
