Subject: [Leica] vignetting (summilux 35)

Speaking of vignetting, I shot some stuff at twilight the other day with the
asph 35/1.4 wide open, a lot of sky in the frame, and the vignetting is
really heavy. Most of the time it would probably work pictorially, but if
you want an even sky, it blows it completely. Still, in every other respect
it worked beautifully, and it is genuinely hard to imagine how you could
design a 35/1.4 that didn't vignette wide open, without some alien glass
technology or something.
