Come to think of it, screw-mount extension rings would work too.  Since both
the 200mm and 280mm have screw-mount fittings to the OUBIO, and since I use
a 14167 between the OUBIO and the R, I can put extension rings either:

  Between lens and OUBIO (LTM fitting)
  Between OUBIO and 14167 (M fitting)
  Between 14167 and R camera (R fitting)

So, are there any short extension rings in the 5mm-10mm range for either
LTM, M, or R fittings?
