I might as well Johnny, I think that the idea was that if you make your living "staring" into the computer all day long (up to 12 hours for some), the last thing you want to do is to come home and stare into "the thing" again. In this case, a work in the wet darkroom might be more desirable and even more relaxing. This is my case as well, and some days, I just dread to even check my email at home after work.
