No, the texts should be translated by a person.  Having had worked as a
translator and an interpreter (English <-> Japanese), and having done some
academic research in machine translation, I still see deficiencies in
machine translation, as seen below.

Machine translation can fill some gaps, but most that are available are
context insensitive.
