Subject: [Leica] meter recommendation: polaris $250

someone asked about a meter -- & recently being in the same boat, i feel
confident in recommending the polaris flash meter which has incident and
reflected metering as well as flash metering cordless and corded. it's
$250 price tag was a little steep considering it's build quality, but one
thing's for sure, it's a heck of a lot more accurate than my gossen luna
pro (the old one) -- digital, fits in a shirt pocket, comes with a
lanyard, easy one handed operation (something i couldn't do with the luna
pro) ... the luna pro will still be around when this one's crushed beneath
the feet of some rioter but accuracy in metering is something i'm tired of
leaving to chance.

dead on with chromes.

my .02 or .01 as the case may be.

keep pushing that shutter button, it'll come unstuck.
