I've been into most of the camera stores in NYC and by far the most
professional treatment that I've received has been at B& H.
They have gone out of ther way to make sure that I was happy with my
purchase.
(Including one episode where there was a minute flake of anti reflective
paint that had lodged against an inside surface of a lens.)   Probably had
no effect on sharpness,  but they swapped the lens after I noticed it about
a month after receiving the lens.
